Welcome to the Inner Signal

You're at the table.

I'm so grateful. Truly and forever.

You chose to put $55/month toward independent infrastructure instead of feeding it to an algorithm. That's a sovereign act. We need as many of those acts of sovereignty as possible right now.

That matters more than you know.

What happens now

The monthly AMA call is where the real work happens. A small room — 30 people maximum — where I share what I'm seeing across AI, communications, sovereignty, and regenerative economics, and you bring whatever you're navigating. No agenda. No slides. Just honest thinking out loud, together.

You'll receive an email before each call with the date, time, and link. If you can't make it live, you'll get the recording. We'll also have recordings and transcript-driven content after each call.

First access to CommsOS templates and frameworks means you see the methodology before it goes public. As I build and test communications operating systems with clients and with Factland, the tools that emerge come to you first. Use them. Fork them. Tell me what works and what doesn't.

Everything in Sending Signals — forever access to essays, all podcast episodes, the full archive. It's all open to everyone and you help make that possible.

One thing I want you to know

I spent a long time believing that asking for support was a sign of failure. That if the work was good enough, sustainability would follow. I believed that needing resources from other people meant I hadn't figured it out yet.

I was wrong.

The monasteries needed patrons. The salons needed hosts. The mutual aid societies needed members who showed up with what they had. Every piece of infrastructure that ever held continuity through strange weather was funded by people who said: I believe this should exist, and I'm willing to resource it.

That's what you just did. ;)

You're not subscribing to content. You're funding the capacity to keep producing it — the podcast, the essays, the open-source methodology, the nonprofit work, the advisory roles, all of it. Your $55/month is a vote for this kind of work existing in a world designed to systemically remove it.

I don't take that lightly.

The table is small on purpose

Thirty seats. That's it. Not because scarcity is a marketing tactic, but because a room of 30 people can actually have a conversation. A room of 300 can only have a performance.

You're here because you want the conversation.

Welcome to The Inner Signal.
