Yes. System is built in Obsidian using markdown and works with Claude, ChatGPT, or any LLM. Not vendor-locked.

What if my team changes or we switch tools?
That's why you need CommsOS. System survives team turnover and tool migration. Markdown files sync seamlessly with Notion, Google Docs, Microsoft, and all modern word processing software. That's the point.

Do you write content for us?
No. This is infrastructure, not execution. I build the system that makes YOUR team better at using AI tools. Advisory practice, not agency.

What if we need ongoing support after implementation?
Advisory retainers available at $3-5K/month (3-month minimum) for system evolution and strategic guidance.

Can we start right away?
If you book this week, earliest start is week of Feb 17. I stagger implementations so each client gets focused attention.

What do you need from us?
~5 hours of your time over 2 weeks (working sessions + training). Access to authentic communications samples (founder emails, Slack messages, successful pitches). If samples are dated or not easily accessible, we can do an audio interview with core team to create the voice baseline. Willingness to be honest about what actually sounds like you vs. what you think you should sound like.
